What data do we collect about you?

- Profile - your preferences for marketing, preferences for other websites, your contact history, and feedback on your Art Visconti Theater experiences through review surveys
- Social - if you choose to use the free wifi service at one of our locations, we will open a Visconti Art Theater account for you. Your Facebook account information may be transmitted to us if you choose this mode of access. We will use the contact information used for that account to help you fill out the registration page and create your account, as well as use the “likes” on your page to find shows that are right for you.
We may also collect the following types of personal data from you when you use our websites (using cookies or other tracking technologies):
- Technical - browser type, device information, IP address, hardware type, network and software identifiers, operating system, and system configuration
- Usage - information about the usage of our websites, including time spent on the page, clicks, download errors, browsing patterns.
Why do we use your data and what are our legal reasons?

Sharing your data

Do we send your data outside?
We may send your data outside of Italy. Whenever we transfer your personal data outside of Italy, we will provide a similar degree of protection by ensuring that at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Marketing messages and opt-outs
If you have said we can, we’ll send you marketing messages by email and/or post to keep you aware of what we’re up to and tell you about future shows we think will be relevant to you or other services and promotions.
