Tickets

When will I receive my electronic or mobile ticket?

You should receive an e-mail with e-tickets or mobile phone tickets attached no later than 24 hours before the event. Download them to your mobile phone before arriving so that you can scan them for entry. If you do not have a smartphone, print the tickets and bring them with you.

If you have not received your tickets before the performance, visit our Customer Relations Department to access your virtual tickets. You will need the 7-digit transaction number found in the confirmation e-mail. If you do not have a smartphone, print out your tickets and take them with you.

Is it possible to exchange or refund tickets once purchased?

Exchanges:

We do not exchange tickets. But it is possible to cancel the ticket with a refund and buy another one at will.

What happens if a production is cancelled?

Ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a refund.

What are the times of performances and concerts?

Show times are available on the show information pages.

Concerts and individual events may not be able to provide this information in advance.

Attending a theatre

Are the rooms ventilated?

All our theatres are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems that supply fresh, filtered air without recirculation. Our auditoriums are equipped with CO2 sensors that measure and maintain fresh air levels, and the entrance, lobby and bar areas are served by a mix of natural and mechanical ventilation.

Should I wear a face cover?

We recommend that all spectators wear a face cover during the visit, but this is a personal choice.

Can I bring a child into the hall?

Babies in arms are not allowed in any of our venues. To find out if there are any age restrictions for your event, please consult the information on the individual show page. All children must be able to sit unsupervised in their seats.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age, who must be seated with the child and accompany him/her throughout the visit. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the suitability of a show for the children present, regardless of official age guidelines.

What security measures are taken in the theatres?

We take the safety of our guests and staff very seriously. We have a number of robust security measures in place for the protection of all those who visit and work on our premises. Our procedures have been developed over the years in cooperation with the police and security services and are constantly reviewed.

Will there be a security check on arrival at the theatre?

Security checks will be in place for your safety, so please arrive on time. Additional staff is available to manage the flow of arrivals and to answer any questions.

Can I pre-order interval drinks?

Intermission drinks can be pre-ordered at the bar before the performance.

Do you accept cash in the theatre?

We continue to encourage contactless payments throughout the venue to minimise contact. Ticket reservations are only available online.

Do you have any lost property?

If you think you have forgotten something in one of our theatres, please contact us here indicating the theatre you attended, the date and time and a description of the object.

What is the minimum age required?

Every spectator, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the theatre. Infants will not be allowed in the auditorium and children must be able to sit in their seats by themselves. In the interest of other patrons, parents or guardians may be asked to remove noisy or disturbing children. The recommended age for each production varies.

Do you have a dress code?

There is no dress code. Casual clothing is acceptable.

Cancelled and rescheduled events

If the show or event you had planned to attend is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail and for shows scheduled within the next 72 hours we will also contact you by SMS to issue a refund.

My reservation was rescheduled, should I have heard from you?

If your event has been rescheduled or cancelled, an e-mail will already have been sent to you; check your junk/spam folder.

How long will it take for the money to return to my account?

It depends on the bank that issued the card. It is usually fast, but there may be some delays. For more information, please contact our customer relations office here.
